Our tour starts at “Terreiro da Luta”, where we enjoy a magnificent view over Sao Gonçalo. From here we bike steadily up to “Montado do Pereiro”, through the “Parque Ecológico do Funchal” and to the high plateau of “Chão da Lagoa”. The route to “Pico do Suna” is a technical challenge for bikers. But the tour along the “Levada da Serra do Faial” makes up for it with spectacular views and the return through Camacha to our Bikestation in Caniço de Baixo.
